The 4 Phases
-
Releasing the mind to create space for healing and self-discovery.
Working with the shadows of the collective and exploring the extremes of attachment vs. separation.
We begin by unblocking the energetic flow in the body (the prana). With a rejuvenating and meditative practice, you will calm your emotions and alleviate any residues of anxiety. -
As children, many of us internalize the belief that we are inherently flawed. This conditioning often stems from the attitudes and behaviors of those who raised us, shaping how we perceive our own worth. When exposed to abuse or neglect, we may begin to feel unlovable, burdened by shame, and disconnected from our intrinsic divinity and unique value as human beings.
Phase 2 tackles that with practices that help release the heavy weight of grief that sits on the heart chakra, making space for
healing, openness, and our connection to our true essence -
The shadow of constriction often reveals itself in relationships, particularly in matters of the heart. As humans, we tend to cling to others, using them as physical anchors—a habit that distorts and restricts the natural flow of love. Yet, love is a force that thrives in freedom and withers under constriction. True love grows when it’s given space to breathe and expand, unburdened by the weight of control or fear.
In Phase 3, we get to transform romantic and interpersonal relationships, addressing trust issues, openness, and deepening our capacity for connection. -
Deep work on forgiveness, allowing you to release past hurts and open your heart to new possibilities with the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono
The path of the Anāhata is the path of the warrior
The heart center is the most energetically potent center in our subtle body. Everything leaves an imprint here, and when blocked or imbalanced, we become energetically stuck. The heart center serves as a bridge between the earthly and the spiritual realms, holding profound influence over how we move through life. Many of us are unknowingly carrying imbalances from childhood, specifically from events that occurred between the ages of 4 and 7, when the sensitivity of this energetic center is formed. Emotional, physical, or sexual trauma during this time—along with feelings of abandonment or betrayal—can plant seeds of grief, self-rejection, and shame that take root in the heart center. These dense emotions weigh heavily, creating blockages that impact both our emotional and physical well-being.
In this 4-hour yoga-based course, you’ll have the opportunity not only to open your heart center but also to gently uproot deep-seated emotional, physical, and spiritual trauma. This is the journey of an atypical warrior, where we peel away layers of self-criticism, shame, and grief, creating space for compassion, trust, and relationships that allow you to thrive.
Signs of a blocked heart center include:
Social anxiety
Self-criticism or criticism of others
Isolation
Symptoms of Depression
Fear of intimacy or difficulty in relationships
Lack of compassion
Codependency
Poor boundaries
Jealousy, envy, or self-destruction
On a physical level, energetic blocks in the heart can manifest as:
Lung and heart disease
Circulatory problems
Asthma or other breathing issues
Weakened immune system
If you find yourself in complicated, unloving relationships—especially with yourself—or you struggle with conflict and feel disconnected, it’s a sign that your heart center needs deep work. In today's world, many of us suffer from heart center imbalances. Some have an overly open heart, resulting in a lack of boundaries, self-disrespect, and the “good girl/boy” syndrome, which often leads to disease. Others have an underdeveloped heart center, weighed down by grief and shame.
As your heart opens more fully to life, the thymus gland generates a refined vibration that naturally activates the advanced functions of the pineal gland, unlocking access to higher states of consciousness.
You’re invited to join me on this journey of becoming unstruck. In this workshop, through powerful pranayama (breath work), beginners friendly yoga postures and the ancient technology of Tantra, you will get the chance to work on restoring balance to your heart center. When the heart is balanced, it generates elevated states of consciousness, compassion, and a sense of connection with yourself, others, and the flow of life itself.
PS: no experience in yoga & meditation needed. This course is a beginner-friendly journey.
Kundalini Yoga works on a profound DNA level—something we don't hear enough about. When you practice, a subtle yet transformative shift occurs within your DNA, reorganizing the way your genetic code is expressed. This process reveals a hidden code within you, one that connects you to your soul in a way you've never experienced before.
At first, this transformation may feel unfamiliar or even awkward; it takes time for this powerful practice to integrate into your being. But what is revealed is nothing short of extraordinary: a code corresponding to your higher purpose. Once unlocked, it irreversibly changes your life, aligning you with the path your soul was always meant to follow.
Kundalini Yoga is more than a practice—it’s a daily rebirth, awakening you to your truest potential.

“This was my third wonderful workshop with Kate and it came at the most divine time for me, and I'm sure for others, which is just a testament to her awareness of the collective's energy and needs. Each workshop feels like a mini breakthrough as we go deep in release in the specific area, and the private practices help to continue integration in the following weeks. I am so grateful for such a safe space to go deep in these practices and for Kate's wisdom and support.”
