Ancestral Work is designed to help you transcend inherited limitations, uncover your unique gifts, and heal generational trauma through a holistic, symbolic, and transformative approach.
Together, we’ll explore the hidden dynamics of your family tree, engage in writing, rituals, and symbolic acts for healing, and connect deeply with your ancestral lineage.
The intention is to deepen the exploration and healing of inherited trauma, while focusing on breaking free from repetitive, unconscious patterns that have influenced your life.

Create a detailed family tree highlighting significant ancestors and generational patterns. Identify key ancestral traumas and recurring themes
The journey we embark on will depend on the length of our time together, your specific needs, and the stories and blockages you wish to address. Each session is fluid and adaptable, with ongoing support to ensure that the pace aligns with your evolving needs.

Month 1:
Bi-weekly check-ins to review progress, review exercises & get some mentorship from my part (60 min).
Informal research & strengthening self-awareness around family narratives and trauma.
Mapping of ancestral trauma patterns and identification of key life challenges.Introduction to personalized writing exercises (ancestral storytelling)
Detailed exploration of your family tree, tracing emotional, psychological, and behavioral patterns across generations.
Identifying recurring themes, symbols, and unconscious rules/vows in your lineage that might be limiting your growth.Optional: Yoga and breath work practices.
Month 2:
Bi-weekly check-ins to review progress, review exercises & get some mentorship from my part (60 min).
Strengthening self-awareness around family narratives and trauma.
Identify and work with objects that hold ancestral significance to you, using them as tools.
Working on re-writing personal and ancestral stories for empowerment.
Creating a symbolic ritual to honor and confront unresolved traumas in your lineage.
Homework example: Write a letter to a significant ancestor, acknowledging their experiences and healing that relationship through symbolic closure.
Optional: Deeper meditative and breathwork practices to help integrate emotional release at the cellular level.
Month 3:

Deeper exploration of the most persistent ancestral patterns.
More intensive assignments to confront and release lingering blocks.
Review and reflection: assessing the shifts in your life.
Process of uncovering the positive aspects of your lineage, such as talents or strengths passed down.
Practice of reframing limiting stories, transmuting trauma into personal power.
Integration of new narratives and ancestral power into everyday life.
Personalized closing ceremony to honor the journey.
Creative practices that physically release the emotional burdens inherited from your family (e.g., symbolic burning of old narratives).
Solidifying a new, empowered identity rooted in your ancestral power rather than inherited trauma.
Grounding exercises to anchor these shifts into your life.
